Williams Hill Pass is surrounded by a scenic atmosphere, Southern Illinois hospitality and the Shawnee National Forest! Williams Hill Pass has 15 primitive campsites that include picnic tables, fire rings, firewood, workstations and lantern holders. Handicap accessible shower and restroom facilities are available.
There's no reason to go home. When you arrive at Williams Hill Pass, find your favorite campsite. All sites are secluded and located throughout the park for your privacy. After a day of playing in the dirt and mud, just spend a long weekend or night. Your spot will include a picnic table, fire ring, firewood, lantern holder and workstation. Then enjoy a hot shower in our handicap accessible showerhouse... All for your camping convenience.

Now it's time to kick back and relax at Williams Hill Pass and enjoy a blazing fire and outdoor cooking. There's nothing like a spectacular sunset, abundant stars and the smell of wood smoke at the end of the day... And then waking up in the morning to a beautiful sunrise, the smell of bacon frying and hot coffee!

For club events or large groups, upon request you can join our camp hosts at the Gary's Chicken Coop for Gary's famous chicken & Boston Butt, potatoes and baked beans... all cooked outdoors, along with a blazing campfire and story time (true stories of course). Bring your banjo or guitar for entertainment.
